In this style, the decisions made, task assignment process and problem solving will be unilateral, and duties of the subordinates will be following my instructions without commenting or questioning. The impact of this leadership style is that other OSD will not get a chance to share their opinions and take part in decision making process. By choosing democratic leadership style, decision making will be collective since members will be actively involved and it will facilitate empowerment of all members.
